Management systems

Obolon was the first among food industry enterprises to certify four management systems at once in 2008.

During the audit carried out by representatives of the German firm DEKRA-ITS in 2008, Obolon has proved to comply with requirements of ISO 9001:2008 (Quality Management Systems), ISO 22000:2005 (Food Safety Management Systems), ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management Systems), and OHSAS 18001:2007 (Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems).

Introduction of these management systems proves that Obolon cares for consumers, society, environment and its own staff. Owing to the observance of all of requirements the consumer can be firmly convinced of quality and safety of products .

Together with a main factory a certification there have passed two branches of the company: the daughter enterprise of JSC Obolon Krasylivske and the daughter enterprise of Ltd. Obolon Zibert Brewery in Fastivgot a certificate according to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 22 000:2005.

Management Systems of Obolon:

  • Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) is now firmly established as the globally implemented standard for providing assurance about the ability to satisfy quality requirements and to enhance customer satisfaction in supplier-customer relationships.
  • Food Safety Management System (ISO 22 000:2005) is the preventive system for providing of safety of food products for consumers (permanent analysis of dangerous factors and verification of critical control points on all of the stages of production).
  • Environmental Management System (ISO 14 001:2015) provides development and implantation of ecological policy of company and management its ecological aspects.
  • Occupational Health and Safety Assessment System (OHSAS 18 001:2007) enables organization to manage risks in area of safety and hygiene of labour and also to improve qualitative characteristics in this area.
